At a really exciting time to be part of the Homes Business, we are looking for someone to join our Mortgage Products and Proposition team and support us in delivering on our purpose of helping more people into homes. What Will You Be Doing?

  • You’ll support on the development of customer focused mortgage products and propositions.
  • Inputting and influencing our ongoing pricing strategies for both acquisition and retention.
  • Planning, building and delivering mortgage pricing proposals to optimise commercial performance.
  • Reporting on competitive and industry developments pertinent to our tactical positioning and which influence our ability to achieve plan goals for volume and profitability.
  • Constructively challenging the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement and change.
  • You will build and maintain good working relationships across the Homes business and enabling functions (eg Marketing, Risk, PR) to support in the delivery of the team’s goals.
  • You’ll maintain a strong awareness of the external market including risks and opportunities, with a view on how this impacts our commercial and customer outcomes.

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market
  • Good knowledge of the Financial Services industry
