Summary


This role will focus on managing the Commercial Trading Office, ensuring all areas run at their optimum, whilst assisting the Associate Commercial Director in facilitating the management of existing businesses and supporting them in bringing new ventures to realisation.

After the completion of a successful probationary period, there is the option for some agile and remote working within this role.

As well as supporting the Associate Commercial Director, this role will focus on office manager duties such as, managing the Commercial diary, ensure all communication from external stakeholders, including customers, is dealt with to the standard required, organise meetings and minute-take, ensuring accurate records of dates, costs, projections is maintained and managed, and assist with any HR requirements, such as raising vacancies within the Trading Service Area on the Charity's Applicant Tracking System.

This role is also required to monitor 121s and appraisals, ensuring that mandatory training is compliant across the Trading Teams.

Principal Responsibilities:
• To assist the Associate Commercial Director in bringing new ventures to realisation
• To manage the diary of the Associate Commercial Director
• To facilitate the management of established businesses
• To identify and manage potential suppliers to aid delivery of projects.
• To ensure all communication from external stakeholders, including customers, is dealt with to the standard required.
• To assist in identifying and working with new suppliers with a view to improving efficiencies.
• To organise meetings and manage minute-taking where required.
• To assist with the reporting on the above, ensuring accurate records of dates, costs, projections
• To assist with and facilitate HR requirements including vacancies, appraisals, 121s, and mandatory training.
• To ensure all reports and administration from trading are delivered on time and produced to the level required.

• Comply with Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements in all working practices maintaining confidentiality, integrity, availability, accuracy, currency, and security of information as appropriate.

• Such other duties temporarily or on a continued basis, as may reasonably be required, commensurate with your grade.
