Summary

Location: Tribe Manchester Airport

Aimbridge Hospitality are proud to introduce a brand-new property in the Northwest of England: TRIBE Manchester Airport.

Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand.Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym.

As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Chief Engineer to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a Summer 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…

As Chief Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.

What do we need from you?

You'll have a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Maintenance role at managerial level with experience in one or more building trades and experience conducting first level fault finding. You'll be able to be the hotel Energy Champion and engage with the company and brand standard policy’s and initiatives at all times.
