Summary
As Coastline's Facilities Contract Manager you will be responsible for facilities management services for all communal areas across Coastline properties. This will include managing internal and external contracts for, grounds and play area maintenance, tree risk management surveys and works, cleaning and caretaking services, drain clearance and waste water treatment.
You will also lead a small team who will conduct weekly cyclical safety inspections and testing, making sure customers stay safe in their homes and our properties and buildings are legally compliant.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have contractor management, and budget management & cost forecasting experience. You will also ideally hold an ONC/HNC in Facilities Management, General Building Studies, or similar property-related qualification.
This role also requires you to have the ability to work directly with customers, translating technical matters into easily-understood guidance, excellent IT and analytical skills and the ability to manage a team.
This role requires a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and is subject to a basic DBS check.
