Summary
Osborne Appointments have an exciting opportunity to work as a warehouse operative with our client based in Magor with guaranteed hours.

As a warehouse operative you will be working for one of the UK’s leading food and drink wholesaler.

Responsibilities:
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using hand-held scanners.
• Verify items picked against order lists to ensure accuracy.
• Load picked items onto pallets, ensuring they are stacked securely and safely.
• Label pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, particularly in order picking and pallet loading.
• Familiarity with using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
