Summary


The post holder is responsible for the delivery of high-quality management of the Administration Services within Manchester including , but not exhaustive of Administrative Supervisors, Medical Secretaries, Team Secretaries, Reception Services and Management Secretaries/PA’s within your managed area.



The post holder will assist the development of staff teams to ensure quality of service and all performance targets are met. You will assist your teams in the development of local policies and procedures, along with the dissemination and training of these policies and procedures.

The post holder will also ensure that achievement of the national standards are met within their area and provide a confidential, efficient and service user friendly approach to each service within the division.

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 7000 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 160 locations.

We provide inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and the borough of Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.
