Summary

A leading and well-established firm are seeking an enthusiastic Employment lawyer to join their specialist team in Farnborough. The firm is ranked as a Leading Firm in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK and has also been recognised as 'Best Law Firms 2024'. They are a full-serviced firm, with multiple offices across the South East, including London, and offer legal advice to clients nationally and internationally, including businesses, individuals and families.

You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a wide range of employment law matters. The Employment team deals with a wide spectrum of intricate issues including but not limited to discrimination allegations, unjust termination and whistleblowing cases in employment tribunals, international senior management departures, corporate restructurings, and GDPR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-4 post-qualified experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Contentious desired but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
