Summary
The Authentic Bread Company is a multi award winning organic bakery, based in Longhope, Gloucestershire. With over 30 years experience in traditional baking, and as the largest dedicated organic bakery in the UK, we are a leader in our field.
We are a family business, now managed by the second generation, and passion for artisan bread and bakery are our core.

We have made enormous investment in our new facility, to provide a highly functional and pleasant place to work.
We are looking for experienced artisan bakers to join our team, who have experience of traditional methods of baking, patisserie making, and sourdough products. There are a number of shifts available, and opportunities for rotating shifts also.
