Summary
Sales Administrator
Term to Perm
Salary: £12.26 ph
Location: Stone
Hours: 34.5 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-4:30PM and Friday 8:30AM-1:00PM
Our client, a well established manufacturer, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the sales team with administration duties including processing orders, adding customers to the internal system and requesting purchase order numbers.
• First point of contact for customer enquiries
• Booking deliveries/ transportation and completing export documents
• Reception tasks including meeting and greeting visitors
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a sales administration role is preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Team player
