The Role:
Chasing overdue accounts by phone, letter and email for designated depots
Opening new accounts
Run credit check reports on individuals, and companies
Generating query list
Process credit card payments
Sending copy invoices as required
Liaising with departments to resolve customer queries
Proved assistance at month end
Support wider accounts team on an ad hoc basis
What you will need:
2+ years experience in a Credit Control position
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Team player with a proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail
