This post will work within a dedicated Criminal Justice Team that will be both integrated with partner agencies but also an extension of the existing drug and alcohol team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. As an Recovery Worker you will be meeting people in their space more often than in an office. The role will offer access to required interventions and treatment in outreach locations, as well as bases, improving referral times for psychological, physical health and wellbeing. Making all contacts count and maximising engagement, whilst reducing overall associated harm.
