Summary
Prepare and Curry wide range of menu items, ensuring each dish meets our quality standards.
Season and marinate meats according to established recipes.
Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to achieve the desired results.
Maintain a clean and organised cooker station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and refine curry recipes.
Manage inventory for the grill station, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing best Curry techniques and best practices.
Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
