Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Project Manager (Project). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and execute project plans, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resources needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
Identify and mitigate any project risks or issues that may arise, taking proactive measures to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports, summarizing project milestones, achievements, and next steps.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
PMP certification is a plus.
Availability for occasional travel to client sites as needed.
