We’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Campaigns & Brand Manager to join our team in Alcester.

Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Campaigns & Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The Senior Marketing Campaigns & Brand Manager will play a crucial role in growing the business through engaging customer communications campaigns, developing and maintaining our brand identity, and driving brand awareness. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and strategic marketer who is passionate about shaping the image and perception of our brand and is committed to driving growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and enquiries among target audiences
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
  • Contribute to a media relations strategy, seek high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform brand decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses, and optimising resources to achieve maximum ROI
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer perception, and engagement
  • Potentially manage and develop direct reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field
  • Wide-ranging experience in successful customer marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and brand principles
  • Experience in brand and PR management
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated project management and budget management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
