Summary
Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Maintenance Operative to join the team at The Monarch Hotel, Bridlington.
Hotel Maintenance Operative working hours:
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will work 28 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £13.25 – Regardless of age!
Being a Maintenance Operative:
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for all general maintenance around the hotel, making sure guest satisfaction is prioritised whist adhering to all health and safety regulations. The maintenance book will be your bible, fixing issues in guest bedrooms and public areas. You will also get involved in larger projects and liaising with third party contractors particularly if you have a particular area of expertise. Compliance will be a key part of your role making sure weekly and monthly checks are completed as required. As we have a rolling program of refurbishments in all our hotels including room and public areas upgrades as well you will also assist during the winter works program which will enable to utilise any specific skills you may possess.
