Crynodeb
Main priorities of the role are: To assist Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in providing high standards of specialist palliative care to patients and their relatives. Identify and adapt clinical support given under the varying professions guiding principles of care and be able to switch approach as directed. The care will be planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses and Therapists and provided under the direct supervision of the registered nurses or other members of the multidisciplinary team.
