Summary
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our reception team at our vibrant Head Office in Stockport.
You will be providing a welcoming and approachable front of house service to all of our service users, staff, partner agencies and members of the public. Our ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, both verbally and through email, as well as being a supportive team player who is comfortable supervising, supporting and leading our team of Customer Care Receptionists.
Experience in supervising and working within an established team is essential as is Front of House and proven customer service experience. A year of administrative experience and a background in social care is also desired.

The role is based in Stockport town centre, with easy access to both the bus and train station located less than a 10 minute walk away. You will be on an office based rotas of 7.5 hours shifts within a Monday to Friday rota between 7.45-8pm.
