An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join Nottinghamshire Healthcare as a Nurse Consultant in Tissue Viability & Wound Management. Our specialist team covers a wide variety of clinical services, giving you the chance to innovate and lead exceptional practice in wound management and prevention strategies.



The postholder will clinically lead the Specialist Tissue Viability team, who support Community, Inpatient, Mental health, Forensic Mental Health, Offender Health and Childrens Services. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of excellence in wound management across our services - setting the clinical standards, developing the teaching and research & development activity, using evidence to advance practice as well as spending a proportion of your time in clinical practice managing complex wound presentations. You will help us embed a learning and inquisitive approach, ensuring we are at the forefront of clinical practice. You will be an expert in wound management, with recognised post graduate skills and qualifications, including non medical prescribing.
