Duration: Temporary - Ongoing
Location: Work From Home (WFH) with occasional office meetings in Edinburgh
Hours: 20 hours per week - flexible working pattern
Salary: £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with the requirement to attend key meetings at our Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Main Duties:
- Basic bookkeeping
- Inputting expenses
- Generating invoices
- Bookkeeping with familiarity with ZERO system
- Arranging travel and logistics
- Potentially managing payroll depending on experience
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Performing ad hoc admin duties as required
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with accounting software, particularly Zero Systems
- Previous experience in a similar finance administration role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
