Summary

If so, why not come and join our busy and friendly therapy team working at Whipps Cross University Hospital. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual. Could this be you?
We have a combined Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy service at this District General Hospital in North East London, with easy access to central London, and the M25 and M11 motorways.
We are offering the opportunity for a rehabilitation support worker to be able to experience working in the acute hospital setting as well as in musculoskeletal outpatients. This post is split between the Medical division inpatient wards ( which include Older people’s Services and Medical wards) as well as musculoskeletal outpatients service.
This post also involves the use of computers to record treatments onto electronic health records, to use online ordering systems to place orders for independence equipment , general emailing and the use of databases.
The successful candidate will undergo a period of competency based training to equip them with the necessary skills to work both independently and with the therapists. They will also undertake the NHS Care Certificate programme.
To apply you should have relevant experience working in a therapy or health care setting.
