The Opportunity:
As a Senior Advisor in our team, you'll have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering an Employee Relations Advice service to a large and complex organisation. Your Role:
Collaborative Excellence: Join forces with our HR professionals to create a responsive and high-quality advisory service. Your insights and expertise will be valued as you contribute to the team's success.
Decision-Making Prowess: Showcase your problem solving and decision-making skills as well as critical thinking abilities as you engage with staff at all levels, senior managers, and external organisations.
Communication Mastery: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key in this role. You'll be liaising with various stakeholders, making connections, and driving ER initiatives forward to improve the ER experience for both managers and employees.
This role will be aligned to our Cancer, Diagnostics, and Clinical Support Services Division.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Providing a consistent, responsive, high quality employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust.
• Overseeing and supporting a range of complex and sensitive employment matters including but not limited to organisational change, disciplinary, concerns resolution, and capability.
• Influencing leaders within the division and supporting with strategic change. to improve service delivery.
• Provide an expert and up to date knowledge to all colleagues on HR policies and procedures, NHS Terms and Conditions of Service and employment law processes as applicable and ensuring appropriate signposting and support.
