Business Analyst - ServiceNow - Operational Effectiveness | Outside IR35

£450 per day, Outside IR35
The Company client is currently partnered with a leading Consultancy to support their search in finding a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to join on a contract basis.
The end-client is looking to enhance their service management capability using BMC automation tools.
They are looking for someone with the following experience:
Someone who has worked in Service Management - BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc..
ITIL background - familiar with working practices, someone who knows about change management / problem management / incident management
Ideally understands Automation with AI (such as chat bot tools)
Strong experience with automating processes and operating models
Good working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM
Exposure to working longer-term contracts, able to clearly demonstrate their achievements and tangible outcomes across their previous projects
This contract will be for an initial period of 3 months with the view to extend as this is a multi-year programme.
The client are based in the centre of Manchester and will require this person to be on-site 2x days per week.
