Summary
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement structuring strategies to maximise the value add of ERMs on the balance sheet
* Design appropriate structuring solutions for a mortgage portfolio
* Build a team and develop junior members of the team
* Execute transactions
Requirements
* FIA qualified (5-8 years)
* Experience within the insurance sector
* Significant experience in a financial institution putting together and executing financial transactions.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and ability to simplify complex topics for delivery to different audiences
* Knowledge of insurer's financial balance sheets is preferable (including insurance/reinsurance or banking.
* Familiarity with the regulation of financial institutions (Solvency II).
