What You'll Do:
Champion Safety: Foster a culture of safety, conduct formal risk assessments, and promote our "Go For Zero" initiative.
Strategic Leadership: Drive the production stream strategy, focus on continuous improvement, and ensure team leaders are aligned with key objectives.
OPEX Excellence: Keep our production stream audit-ready, address root causes of deviations, and improve process reliability through standards and OPEX tools.
Value Creation: Manage critical projects, eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks, and ensure sustainable improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in English (written, numerical, and verbal).
Experience in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and asset management systems.
Background in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or OPEX.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Foundation-level knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP.
