We are looking for a Pastoral Lead to join our supportive and talented team at Hanham Woods Academy. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.What we are looking for: To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who will lead the pastoral support across a year group through rewards, praise and ownership of behaviour sanctions. Work with SLT and lead a team of tutors to deliver an inspiring student experience. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, have presence around the academy and a proven track record of successfully improving the behaviour, attendance and safeguarding of a cohort.
