Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join and support our Underwriting team in AXA Commercial. As an Underwriting Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in helping to drive workflow and operational processing through responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships. With a detail-orientated and strong customer focused attitude you’ll be empowered to support improving service delivery through driving operational excellence to set standards and consistency across processes, people and systems.

What you’ll be doing:
Support colleagues with operational procedures to ensure smooth operations and service standards.
Conduct Quality Assurance and Risk Audits to monitor compliance and effectiveness.
Analyse audit results and provide recommendations to improve operational standards.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Develop and maintain expertise in Underwriting and commercial business for personal growth.
Stay updated on governance and change controls for effective procedures.
