Fixed Term until 16th June 2025 or upon return of the substantive post holder

About the role
The Business Engagement Consultant will be responsible for the development of relationships with new businesses to negotiate, prepare proposals and be the point of contact for employers for all funded and non-funded services across the full range of the TEC Partnership portfolio. You will also provide an account management service to existing employers and be an integral part of the business development team.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong negotiator with a focus on promotions and sales.
Candidates should also have:
Prior experience working in a sales driven environment
Knowledge of Government skills Agenda and recent policy
Experience of writing proposals for clients
ICT competency
