Summary

To work as an independent practitioner have accountability and responsibility for your own caseload To work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues providing interventions at the clinical base, clients homes or other appropriate venues To demonstrate skills within assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care / treatment packages for children, young people and families To demonstrate clinical practice over a range of evidence based interventions. To work in collaboration with colleagues working in Specialist CAMHS and the wider education and social care network to provide a holistic package of care / treatment for identified children, young people and families To contribute towards MDT team development by attending daily huddle meetings to ensure holistic approaches for young people accessing care. To maintain confidentiality of information regarding children, young people and families Provide and receive complex or sensitive information where there are barriers to understanding and to be proactive, having the ability to pre- empt work with and overcome barriers to communication To work within and promote collaborative and partnership working, with both colleagues and the client group To promote and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships throughout the Team and wider services, both internal and external to CAMHS To promote and maintain effective communication with children, young people and families, ensuring lines of communication are open to them so that they are able to participate fully within their care.
