Summary
The Chief Delivery Officer is part of the Executive Team who will lead the improvement of the ICS on behalf of the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin system. The Chief Delivery Officer will work across organisational boundaries at the highest level across the System ensuring that the approach to an integrated system operating model, leading at scale improvement workstreams, and alignment with strategic planning and commissioning develops in line with the ambitions of the System in the coming years. The Chief Delivery Officer has the following key functions as part of the system operating model: The System Control Centre The EPRR function and the identified Accountable Emergency Officer The system elective scheduling function (RAS and TRAQS) Programme Management Office Service Improvement We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic leader who is a champion for reducing inequalities and brings substantial experience within a Board or significant senior leadership experience within a regulatory environment.
