Setting Out Engineer
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Locations: Northampton, Kettering, Peterborough
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am-5pm Office Hours | 7:00am-4:30pm Site Hours
What You'll Do:
Assisting Site in Setting Out coordinates & Levels for Houses, Roads, Sewers & External Works
Help supervise and manage construction projects alongside Project Manager
Ensure quality control and compliance
Coordinate with contractors
Monitor project progress and report updates
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years in the civil or housing sector, setting out Houses Road & Sewers.
Experience in the setup, use and maintenance of Leica Total Station & GPS Equipment
Basic knowledge and experience using AutoCAD Software
No formal qualifications needed (but a bonus if you have them!)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach
