Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

What You'll Do:
Collaborate on tender submissions with the estimating and business development teams.
Manage document control during project development.
Prepare detailed scope documentation in 2D and 3D.
Assist with quantity take-offs and supply chain engagement.
Support tender processes and the preparation tender documentation.
Work with design teams and structural engineers to influence project design.
What We're Looking For:
A basic understanding of construction or a strong desire to learn.
Self-motivated, logical thinkers with good people skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
(Desirable) Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D/BIM, Bluebeam, or similar software.
