Pay Rate: £13.24 per hour (Part-Time)

Working Hours:

Two days per week: Sunday (9am to 5pm) and Monday (10am to 6pm)


Various venues across Bromley, including Children’s Contact Centres and Children and Family Centres.

Role Purpose:
As a Supervised Contact Worker, you will be responsible for observing and supervising contact between children and their family members or friends. This will occur within our Children's Contact Centres, in the local community, and occasionally within family homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and factually report observations of contact sessions.
Identify strengths and potential risks during contact sessions.
Intervene when necessary to reduce or remove any harm or abuse.
Demonstrate an awareness of family dynamics and a solid understanding of child development.
Utilize the full range of MS Office and databases with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:

Good report writing skills.
Awareness of families and family dynamics.
Good understanding of child development.
Ability to use MS Office and databases efficiently.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Working Environment:

Our Centres are open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends.
