Summary

We are recruiting for a Part Time Care Co-ordinator as a combined role.

C&D Family Care is a friendly, family ran business and is one of seven domiciliary care agencies in Warrington, Cheshire. We provide personal care, support, and companionship to people living in their own homes. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care and support for our clients to be able to live independently at home for as long as possible.

Hours:

Part Time ( 20-25 hours per week - to be discussed at the interview) – A split between the office and on-the-road
Location:

Senior Role – Based at our Office in Birchwood
Caring Role – Community based within the Warrington area. (Covering, Orford, Padgate, Birchwood, Culcheth, Risley, Glazebury and branching out into other areas of Warrington.)
Duties:

Maintain all Care Plans, documents, and Client Records
Conduct Quality Reviews, Spot Checks, Medication Audits, Risk Assessments, etc.
Support Care Assistant’s and assist as and when required
Personal Domiciliary Care and Support including, meal preparation, medication administration, general companionship whilst promoting Independence and Enabling Service Users to live well at home.
Monitor Service Users’ Wellbeing
On-Call duties including receiving and actioning urgent calls
Assist with rota planning and sift cover as and when required
Pay rate: £11.55 + bonus + travel

The successful candidate must:

Have a full UK driving licence and own transport
Be available to work alternative weekends
Have a current UK address and eligibility to work within the UK
Be computer literate
Have leadership skills
Have good communication skills
Have good written skills
Have great attention to detail
Have a caring, compassionate, and emphatic attitude at all times.
Be flexible to work additional hours on occasions to meet the needs of the service and to cover unallocated shifts when all other avenues have been exhausted.
