What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
As Repairs Surveyor, you will undertake property surveys in relation to pre – termination inspections, damp and mould, major and complex repairs and will manage inspections through to completion and undertaking post inspections of works.
As Repairs Surveyor you will work within the Repairs & Maintenance Team and support Maintenance teams by assisting in the effective delivery of responsive repairs, major repairs, complex, void repairs.
You will ensure that quality and value for money are always prioritised as part of Plus Dane’s repairs and maintenance service, ensuring effective property surveying techniques are applied to get to root cause of property defects and apply the most effective solutions.
As Repairs Surveyor you will be expected to provide technical support to Maintenance Teams and Contractors, including building regulations and statutory frameworks in which Housing Associations operate.
You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved through effective communication with customers and delivering an effective and efficient property surveying function.
