Summary
Our manufacturing client in Ilfracombe are looking for candidates with previous production experience to join their growing team.
- Pay: £11.44
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:45 PM
- Job Type: Full time; Temp to Perm
- Location: Ilfracombe
Position 1 - General Operator
- Experience in a factory environment required
- Experience working with metal or a foundry advantageous
- Plasma Cutting experience a great advantage
- Belt Linishing both fixed and hand operated
- General metal working machine operation
- Machine cleaning metal parts
- Bead/Sand Blasting
Position 2 - Inspector
- Previous experience doing inspection in a manufacturing environment required
- Hand cleaning and visual inspection of metal parts
- Using various handheld measuring equipment to determine fit for use
- Packing and completing relevant paperwork
Candidates for both roles need to be able to handle weights up to 15Kg.
Flexibility in training to become multi-skilled
