**EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR WANTED**
*IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT*
The Best Connection Birmingham are looking for a Production Supervisor for a leading engineering company based in Birmingham. The role is for a permanent position after a successful interview process. Working in a factory environment ensuring the smooth running and improvement of production. The ideal candidate would need to be skilled and experienced in an engineering background.
The role will include: Setting and achieving productivity targets Reviewing of projects and daily operations Monitor staff performance and conduct meetings to discuss performance Ensure all processes comply within H&S guidelines Be the point of contact for customer and supplier quality concerns The ideal candidate requires: Engineering background Planning and organising workflow Ability to act quickly and confident in decision making Good communication skills FLT License and first aid trained would be advantageous Pay rate: £30,000 plus profit share after 12 months continual service. Hours of work: 06:30-16:30 Monday & Tuesday 06:30-17:00 Wednesday & Thursday This is a great opportunity to have a fresh start in a new role!!
