Job Responsibilities:
As a Shop Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall success of Waffle Lounge. Your responsibilities will include:
Order Preparation: Craft our delectable waffle creations with precision and care.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Payment Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Schedule:
Part-time position, flexible hours. Weekends and evenings availability is required.
