Summary
To provide a specialist speech and language therapy service using advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment programmes to individual clients with complex needs, including challenging behaviour and dysphagia referred to the multidisciplinary service. This may be done using group or individual work. This will mainly be across North Warwickshire, with occasional travel to other areas within CWPT To be an autonomous practitioner, holding a clinical caseload of communication and dysphagia and working without direct supervision To support less experienced staff, students and colleagues deliver the Trust contracted services To provide advice, guidance and information to other professionals, patients/clients, carers, relatives or other non-professional contacts
