Summary
This lovely family based in Sussex is seeking a nanny to care for their adorable baby and toddler. Ideally, the candidate will be a native English speaker. The nanny will have Thursdays and Fridays off due to the parents' work schedule, but the family is willing to be flexible for the right person. They also have a house in East London and occasionally spend weekends there, with plans to move back to London in the future, so flexibility with the location is essential. Driving skills would be advantageous for this role. Additionally, the family is looking for someone comfortable with travelling, as they frequently spend holidays abroad.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm | Family might consider Monday to Friday for the right candidate
Accommodation: Double room. The bathroom is shared with the children.
Duties include:
Looking after the children’s needs, welfare, development, health and safety
Supervision of the children at all times in your care
Taking them to and from activities and play dates
Changing nappies, cleaning and sterilising bottles
Bathing the children and preparing for nap time or bedtime routine
preparing healthy breakfast and snacks,
feeding them,
arranging age appropriate activities,
playing with them,
taking them to various playdates,
preparing them for bed and reading them stories.
