Summary
- Manage and supervise a team of Health Care Assistants
- Ensure compliance with all care plans and risk assessments
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Handle recruitment, induction, and performance reviews of staff
- Liaise with service users and their families to address concerns and feedback
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure the service meets regulatory standards and guidelines
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Budget management and resource allocation
- Handle emergency situations and ensure continuity of care services
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Access to a car for work purposes
- Excellent level of English
- Previous experience in a care management role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of care regulations and best practices
- Relevant qualifications or Experience in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards NVQ Level5).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
