Our services provide a wide range of Housing Support and Care at Home services to people with a variety of support needs which can include but are not limited to:
Learning Disability
Autism
Mental Health
Complex Needs
Drug and Alcohol
The Role
Due to internal promotion, and continuing expansion Hillcrest Futures Perth and Kinross Services are seeking to recruit flexible and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in our Perth Outreach Service and in our 24 hour support service in Kinross.
You will provide active support to enable people we support to get the most out of their lives and to work to enable them to achieve their goals and ambitions using a person-centred approach.
Part of the role will also include:
Some administrative tasks
Working as part of a team
A willingness to undertake a variety of training opportunities, including SVQ 2
An ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of coming into post.
