Summary
Due to growth we are expanding our People Team. Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join our dynamic Multi-Academy Trust as an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with our educational objectives, providing strategic guidance and support across all people related areas.
As the trust's HR Business Partner you will:
• Deliver a high-quality, proactive human resources business partner service to
trust academies, acting as the first point of contact for HR matters, ensuring the
people function is compliant and fulfills all statutory duties.
• Develop excellent working relationships with academy leadership teams to
ensure advice and support provided is appropriate to the needs of each academy
and the trust, reporting effectively to senior management, Trust Executive team
and Trustees to support evidence-based decision making.
• Work as part of the wider team to support and develop HR activity across the
Trust, providing assurance on HR practice, systems and processes.
