We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead and manage our Foundry Mews (Walthamstow) and Everall Court (Chingford) supported living schemes which provide support for adults with mental health support needs to build the skills to move on independently.



Reporting to the Locality Manager, the Supported Living Manager will be operationally responsible for the management of the schemes and will lead a team of staff to provide person centred care and support that enables service users to be as independent and self-determining as possible. You will also be responsible for managing the financial and administrative procedures of the schemes and ensuring a high standard of care and support is maintained at all times in accordance with regulations and contractual specifications.



It is essential that you have experience managing services for adults with mental health support needs and a strong working knowledge of the framework of Person-Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support.



To be successful in the role you will also have:

Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated experience of motivating, managing and developing staff
Experience with managing and meeting KPIs and completing monitoring returns to reflect this
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships and work in partnership with relevant stakeholders
A flexible and positive approach to work with excellent organisational skills
Experience and knowledge of safeguarding, lone working and health and safety requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
