Summary
A challenging E Commerce varied management opportunity to join this ever-growing business.
You will be a professional candidate that is driven, self-motivated, and has a positive 'can-do' attitude. Previous experience working in an E Commerce product-based role is required with the ability to develop strong relationships and assist in the running of the operation.
Responsibilities.
• Drive sales and margin via online sales. Reporting on key site metrics and KPIs whilst building relationships with clients.
• Manage the e-commerce function and lead the commercial strategy, consistently feeding back to management and the wider business and delivering solutions
• Day to day maintenance and trading of website, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Work with the Management to plan, execute and optimise the brand ecommerce strategy to enhance brand visibility
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for advertising product offerings
• Experience analysing market trends and business needs in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, to attract and engage target audiences.
• Plan and manage campaigns/projects
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide recommendations for product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Manage and oversee daily and weekly e-commerce admin tasks, providing adhoc support where needed.
• Launching new product content
You will play a key part in all company activity including:
Business Development/Sales, Purchasing, Operations
Person Specification
Mandatory skills:
• E Commerce management experience/ Category management
• Strong understanding of product-based sales/marketing,
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail with an excellent standard and knowledge of both written and verbal English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• IT Literate with strong digital skills
• Quick to learn new software and utilise within job role
• Commercially aware
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
• Educated to the Graduate standard
• Driven and motivated with the ability to use own initiative and meet targets
• Confident communicator with the ability to interact on all levels
• Must live within 30-45 minutes of office location
HOURS OF WORK: 8.30 – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, 30 minutes for lunch
SALARY: £40,000 – £60,000
HOLIDAY: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
