Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, facilitating device management processes including checking in hardware deliveries, initiating outbound deliveries, processing disposals, and managing asset recovery processes. This role requires maintaining accurate physical inventories across various countries, divisions, and legacy companies.

Pay: £13.00ph

Location - Northwich (hybrid after training)

Length: 6 months initially

Main Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Maintain data for 10,000+ assets moving through the device management team for break-fix and refresh processes.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Manage complex physical inventory involving multiple legacy companies, departments/divisions, and European countries.
  • Logistics Coordination: Process hardware courier deliveries, manage outbound UPS deliveries, and resolve UPS invoice escalations.
  • Reporting: Compile reports from multiple asset data sources and financial tracking documents, including ServiceNow.
  • Disposal Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory and reporting for disposed assets.
  • Asset Recovery: Administer the asset recovery process for three legacy companies, including database updates, global manager communications, and coordination with global Device Lifecycle team members.
  • Support: Provide backup support for Device Lifecycle Management with mobility ordering and distribution processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum school leaving qualification, including English and Maths.
  • Preferred qualification or NVQ in Business Administration.
  • Strong IT skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Macros, VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure using initiative.
