What you'll need to succeed
- (MRICS) Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- 4+ Years PQE experience
- Professional experience working for a Surveying Consultancy
Professional working experience:
- Condition Surveys/ Reports
- Due Dillegence
- Building Inspections
- PPM
- Party Wall Matters
- Asset Disposal
- Repairs and Refurbishment
- Fit out management
- Business Development
- Ability and autonomy to run your own client portfolio
- Proven ability to achieve fee targets
