Sodexo are seeking a Customer Service Lead at Luton LU1 3LU to join our team. You will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring excellent service standards and driven customer satisfaction. Customer Service Lead will act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments, and will be responsible for training and developing team members.

  What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Train, develop and mentor customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Analyse customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery

What you bring: 

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service Leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to motivate and lead a tea,
