Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity to make a difference in young minds? We are looking for an enthusiastic Key stage 1 Teacher to join a large vibrant team at one of our Primary Schools in Wimborne. This is an exellent school with great facilities and located in an idealic setting. This role gives you the opportunity to inspire the next generations and guide children through their academic journey.
Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson structures, adaptable to mixed abilites.
- Create a positive environment that is inclusive to all, ensuring all students feel valued and motivated to take part.
- Assess the students progress and provide constructive feedback to support and improve their personal development.
- Build effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about the childrens progress.
- Keep up with the schools values and ethos, establishing a safe and respectful environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivilant.
- Experience within a Primary setting, either Key stage 1 or 2.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaberatively with a team and adapt to changing educational practices.
