How could you make a difference if you joined us as Receptionist:

The Receptionist is one of the most visible roles in our Homes and is the first member of the team that visitors or people telephoning the home will probably speak to. You will therefore play an important role in providing the highest possible customer service to our residents and their families. The Receptionist also reports into the Home Administrator, so will provide valuable administrative support in ensuring the smooth running of the Home.

What do you need to succeed:

To succeed in this role you must have strong IT skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills. You will have strong organisational, and time management skills and will be comfortable working with confidential data and information.
