About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Support Manager within the Optimisation & Integration team in Everyday Banking to focus on embedding Agile across the full EDB Business area, engaging colleagues in and designing our ways of working/operating model.

Everyday Banking is a key business area for Lloyds Banking Group with a very broad reach across the Bank's customer base and a diverse stakeholder group. We're responsible for the end-to-end journey for personal accounts and savings products to consumers and providing a market leading customer experience through the servicing of Debit and Credit cards through multiple channels. Everyday banking includes two platforms, Everyday Banking which focuses on the above, and the Core Banking System and Next Gen Core who supports the run and change needed to operate all core banking products for the LBG brands, products.

This role involves designing and driving agility across entire Everyday Banking business area. Including coaching cross-functional product teams in Agile principles and driving transformative change, fostering alignment between Product and Platform teams through collaboration, and working at an EDB level to implement and embed strong governance and behaviours.

What you'll need

  • Coaching and mentoring background
  • Excellent stakeholder leadership skills - collaboratively working with the Senior Leadership Team and coaching colleagues from different areas to understand and provide value for our colleagues.
  • A passion for problem solving & analysis - investigating and analysing our learning products to recommend and support solutions to the Product Teams.
  • Well defined planning and organising skills as things may change and you'll need to adapt to a flexible agenda whilst prioritising what matters and simplifying complex ideas to gain understanding and commitment.
  • Experience at communicating sophisticated messaging to senior audiences - especially visually and through 'telling the story ' in a compelling way.
  • An inquisitive nature alongside being flexible, diligent, and adaptable to working in a changing environment. We also want you to be a creative thinker - inspire with energy and passion, with a focus on collaboration.
